All About Us…

Hi! And Welcome to The Krafty Lady! We are Viki and Paul, and we own the shop. Great to meet you! Let us tell you a bit about how The Krafty Lady came to be…

In 2007 we started selling items on eBay, and by February we were desperate to have our own shop up and running, so we set up a store on eBay. After a few months of successful business, having met some amazing people along the way and having kept a 100% positive feedback record with eBay (*smug*), we decided it was time to cut the strings and set about on our own!

It was rather a daunting thought at first, but with a bit of teamwork and a whole lot of research, (or hours spent in front of Google…), we set up our very own website in February 2008. With the economy being so unpredictable at this time, we really threw ourselves in the deep end, but with the support of our old eBay customers and the new customers that were flooding in we knew we had done the right thing!

And of course, the reason we started our own business in the first place was so that we could make online shopping a more pleasant and one-to-one experience. It doesn’t all have to be automated emails and ignored queries; we really do treat every customer as the individual they are. In fact, an awful lot of our customers are now very good friends of ours!

We welcome visitors from all over the globe, and hope to give you a unique shopping experience which will completely change the way you think about online stores! And don’t forget that we love hearing from you, so drop us an email on: and give us your feedback! You can even send in photos wearing funky things you’ve bought with us and we’ll post them in our Gallery section. Keep up to date with charity events we’re attending and all of the latest news at our Blog or our Charity Page.
